There isn't an urban creature quite like Billy. He's exudes a wonderful, warm glow of joy and youthfulness (he even looks young for his age - he's really 23yo). Once a week I hope to show a picture of Billy somewhere in Melbourne. Everyone loves a slide-show don't they?
